Summary/Abstract: The main problem is represented by people’s opinions and how we can identify them in a written language, especially in the actual context of COVID-19. Having a huge access to data due to the internet evolution over time, it can be analyzed a series of publicly available data sources in order to discover people’s opinions and sentiments. Sentiment analysis will use different techniques which involve opinion mining. Opinion mining will proceed at different levels of abstraction, such as: documents, sentences or even at an aspect of expressions and will use Data Mining as a main method. Starting from the premise that, whenever we need to make a decision by purchasing a product or making all kind of online transactions, we want to know others opinions and we will try to focus, to a theoretical level, on the impact that the COVID-19 could have over an organization or a business.
