ASSESSMENT OF THE RISK OF BANKRUPTCY OF THE COMPANIES WITH THE HELP OF THE ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL INDICATORS

Summary/Abstract: The article aims to assess the risk of bankruptcy of companies by the method of scores, depending on which assesses the possible financial difficulties they face. As the term of risk can be permanently connected to the term of profitability, the capacity of companies to make a profit is to be further estimated. With the help of the most relevant economic-financial indicators, the analysis of profit, economic and financial profitability is projected; of self-financing capacity and self-financing. The risk of bankruptcy is one of the most relevant risks, because, through its manifestation, companies can be eliminated from the market, obstacles can be reached in the organization of the entire system, which can affect expenses, sales and gross profit. Throughout the analyzed period, the economic-financial performances are followed, at the level of a relevant company from Romania, depending on which certain risk prevention measures can be taken.
