Summary/Abstract: The set of legal rules pertaining to the public competition procedure for the civil servants’ positions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the malfunction of that procedure are examined from different legal points of views, including constitutional law, civil law, administrative law, criminal justice and point of view. There upon, suggestions for the improvement of the functioning of competitive procedure are presented.
