Summary/Abstract: Healthcare suffers too much pressure in a context where there is no room for experimentation or mistakes, given the fatal consequences and unpredictable outcomes. This paper aims to present the specifics of health management and usage of artificial intelligence to improve work performance, job satisfaction, and, most importantly, patients’ health. This is achieved through the introduction of an artificial intelligence system in healthcare facilities.
