Summary/Abstract: Termination is the sanction that occurs in the event of the culpable non-performance of obligations arising from a bilateral contract with the performance of uno icto, consisting in its retroactive termination. In contractual matters, if, without justification, the debtor fails to fulfil his obligation, the non-performance is significant and the creditor does not require the enforcement of the contractual obligations, the latter may free himself from his correlative obligation, obtaining termination or termination of the contract.
