Summary/Abstract: Culture is everything that determines an educational institution, it is everything that you feel when you enter a school. These are primarily the beliefs and attitudes of principals, teachers, professional services, pedagogues, students and all other employees of the educational institution. In order for the educational process to give good results, in order for the management of educational institutions to be as successful as possible, it is necessary to create a positive school culture. But no institution can reach a high level of quality overnight. In order to change the culture of the school, the active involvement of all employees is needed, as well as students and parents. No school can change in the same way, because each has its own culture, each has its own vision of a culture that is primarily conditioned by the surrounding factors in which the school exists. All stakeholders in the educational process participate in shaping the school’s culture. An important role in this is played by a professional associate - a pedagogue who, through his daily work, improves the culture of the school and contributes to its development through cooperative relations, mutual understanding, acceptance and joint action.
