Summary/Abstract: The 2012-2016 Havana Peace Negotiations between FARC and the Colombian government have many lessons for peace processes in general. This study aims to examine the process in terms of the norm of inclusivity. In addition to a general evaluation of the process in terms of inclusivity, the study particularly focuses on the inclusion of Women, Victims, and armed forces. The selection of the representatives of these groups, the process of their inclusion, and the benefits of their inclusion bear some important lessons. With the inclusion of women, the sexual offenses during the conflict were kept out of the scope of amnesty and women gained priority on issues like the distribution of public lands. With the inclusion of victims, their victimization was formally recognized, and they gained several rights like compensation and non-repetition guarantees. Finally, with the inclusion of armed forces disarmament and demobilization processes could be conducted without any major problems.
