Summary/Abstract: The use of digital marketing in modern conditions is necessary and effective. It can be argued that digital marketing has become the most advanced channel for the promotion of goods and services, as points of interaction with consumers are developing rapidly, which allows companies to increase return on marketing, increase brand loyalty and increase market share. The article analyzes the use of digital marketing as a priority tool for influencing consumers; establishing the nature of the impact of the use of digital marketing tools and channels on the decision-making process within international companies.
