Summary/Abstract: Of all Western countries, i.e. those in the developed world which have never experienced communism, the United States, Great Britain, and Italy presently maintain (in decreasing order) the most favourable position in the eyes of the Czech people, as found in a survey conducted by the Public Opinion Research Centre (CVVM) in the beginning of November 2009.
