Determinants of EU foreign policy

Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author makes efforts to explain the progress in the European Union foreign policy. The Common Foreign and Security policy is the agreed foreign policy of the European Union (EU) for mainly security and defence diplomacy and actions. The author provides an analysis, which deals only with a specific part of the EU external relations within the context of globalism and characterization of the global development of the EU foreign policy.
