Summary/Abstract: Forced execution is the final part of the process of realizing the creditor's right, for the purpose of foreclosing court orders or other enforceable titles, according to the procedure provided by law. Forced execution is a causal succession of acts and deeds, governed by rules that ensure its unity and diversity, content and finality. After the initiation of the enforcement procedure or even before it starts, many circumstances can occur, which can be analyzed as incidents that prevent, extinguish or postpone the enforcement or a certain concrete form of enforcement.
