The restoration of a document dating from the early 20th century

Summary/Abstract: The restauration of this document had as a purpose the improvement of health and evidencing the aesthetic value. The document has been evaluated from the point of the view of conservation state and underwent proper retauration treatments, accordin to the suffered deteriorations: dry mechanical cleaning, consolidation with Japaneze veil, completion with Japonese paper of the voids, pressing. In the process of restoration procedure we encourted a problem with the watermark uncovered on the document.
