Summary/Abstract: Judicial practice has faced lately many circumstances in which the issue of compliance with the principle of immediateness has been put forward in the event that the composition of the panel of judges alters, regardless of whether such changes occurred during the judicial inquiry before the court of first instance or during the appeal phase or whether they involved all the judges who made up the panel of judges or only a part of them.
