Summary/Abstract: Among others, in the pages of our paper the reader will find some considerations and assessments regarding not only the sources and the main themes of the provisions of the „Organic Regulations” – published with the similar text both in Moldova and Valahia, the Romanian Principalities, – but also concerning the human rights in the Romanian society of that time, which were usually transgressed by the abuses made particularly by the people who had „the nobiliary titles”, acquired or inherited.
