Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the importance of honor and dignity as fundamental human rights, their evolution under the European Convention of Human Rights and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. We will analyze the interference of these rights with other human rights, sometimes even their integration into these rights, which strengthen these rights. We will also present exceptions to these rights and cases in which honor and dignity are not brought to the fore, and the limitation of these rights is allowed, as legal measures.
