Summary/Abstract: La viile de Botoşani se trouve au NE de la province de Moldavie dans la „Piaine de Jijia"; elle est la capitale du departement avec la meme nom. Les restes osseux trouves appartiennent aux mammiferes: les taurins (Bos taurus), les ovins (Ovis aries), les porcins (Sus domesticus) et le sanglier (Sus scrofa ferus) - voir le tableau 2 avec leurs frequence.
