FREEDOM IN TERMS OF PROHIBITION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Summary/Abstract: The article seeks to highlight the issue of the essence of freedom to conduct a business and the possibility of its prohibition. This work presents the constitutional basis for freedom of establishment, indicating what economic activity idea actually is. It also points out how and on what basis it can be limited. The author focuses foremost on the purpose of any business restriction while analyzing the issue based on individual legal sectors.
