Summary/Abstract: In our scientific approach, we aim to analyze the forms of manifestation of the phenomenon of corruption in sports activities based on the literature in the country and abroad. The author's position regarding the high degree of latency in the booked phenomenon is represented here. At the same time, the necessary prevention measures that are required to be taken to identify and eliminate the causes and conditions that determine the commission of these corruption crimes in the sports sphere are analyzed.
