Some considerations regarding security in the prison

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the theoretical and organizational aspects of ensuring safety in the penitentiary environment. Within the article the concepts, principles, legislation are being examined, as well as the problems of ensuring security in penitentiaries. The safety and security in penitentiary depends a lot on the positive climate among detainees and prison staff, on the correct / accurate relations. Within this framework, the problem of ensuring security in penitentiaries, a number of suggestions are taken into consideration with a view to improve the legal and organizational background.
