ASPECTS REGARDING THE QUALITY OF AUTHORIZED NATURAL PERSON OF THE POLICE OFFICERS

Summary/Abstract: With the current situation, the development of the economy, of the information technology and not only, as many people / citizens have oriented to open a business, the mercantile spirit of the Romanians being more and more present abroad. The possibility of opening a business that would lead, of course, to profit convinced people to open PFAs. In order to become an authorized natural person, citizens must comply with and meet several conditions in order to be able to set up the field of activity they want to use.One of the most interesting categories and which is also presented in the scientific paper is represented by the category of persons with special status, respectively police officers. They want to aspire to more, to be able to increase their income by carrying out other activities in addition to the body of law, all in compliance with the regulations in force. This is feasible, but we will notice that there are situations in which the police officer is incompatible with the main job. ANI is the body that is able to provide explanations and comments about these things that are quite sensitive. The rights of police officers should be increased in order to be able to express themselves and physically participate in more economic activities, to speak or to perform a function in a PFA.
