Summary/Abstract: The publication is dedicated to the military hospital and the Bulgarian military cemetery from the First World War near the village and railway station Drenovo, Kavadarci region. On the basis of archival documents, it has been definitively established that during the war there was a 1/8 reserve evacuation hospital. The presence of two military cemeteries near it has been established, as well as buried Bulgarian servicemen in other places in the vicinity. In conclusion, it is stated that the existence of Bulgarian military cemeteries near Drenovo, Kavadarci region in the past, is undeniable and the denial of this fact is a continuation of the policy pursued since October 1918 against the Bulgarian historical heritage in Vardar Macedonia.
