“Political and personnel” National Revenue Administration

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with selected aspects of the legislative process related to the enactment of laws on the National Revenue Administration. The analysis carried out in the publication shows that the reform of government administration of public-private payments in the scope of the so-called consolidation of tax administration, customs service and fiscal control, was unfortunately carried out under strictly political and personnel objectives. Undoubtedly, such an objective should not in any way guide a rational legislator.
