Summary/Abstract: Violence, in any form of its manifestation, is an impediment to the harmonious development of social values and relations, causing serious and long-lasting consequences. This scientific approach aims to study the particularities of violent crimes, at the same time focusing on explaining the causes or conditions which determines or favors this type of crimes. The study of the determinants of the criminality is a prerequisite for the effective organization of crime prevention activities, so that by detecting the cause of the crime and the environment generating violence, it is easier to neutralize them.
