Summary/Abstract: This article identifies the main criminogenic factors that influence the appearance and evolution of the latent nature of different types of criminality (violent, organized, economic, ecological, penitenciary, etc.). This fact is especially important for the law enforcement bodies with special attributions and competences in the field of organizing the process of preventing and combating the criminal phenomenon.
