Summary/Abstract: The analysis of the criminal laws of the states from different legal systems allows to take over the best practices and to implement them in the national legislation and jurisprudence. The purpose of this scientific article is to elucidate the distinctive features between the criminal norms of the commom-law states that criminalize the activities committed within a criminal/terrorist organization or in relation to them, in order to integrate them at national level and to improve the internal regualtory framework.
