Summary/Abstract: The article considers the question of the peculiarities of control over administrative services in the field of state registration of real rights to immovable property. It was found that the specifics of control (supervision) measures for administrative services in the field of state registration of real property rights have not been fully researched and disclosed in the achievements of domestic legal science. The author finds that an important element of effective control is the establishment of certain indicators (standards) of performance quality, and according to the method of comparison the real performance indicators of public authorities can be compared with those laid down in the relevant legal norms.
