Summary/Abstract: Intelligence collaboration between Romanian and French armies was a real success in World War I, because it made a decisive contribution at victories in summer of 1917. After the Great Union in December 1918, political-military alliance with France, who became the first power in Europe, helped Romanian state to secure its integrity, national sovereignty and protected its new frontiers.
