Summary/Abstract: The service of a special pedagogue and a prison chaplain has its justification with regard to the human needs of prisoners as persons with special educational needs and pastoral care facilities. The socialization of prisoners in the macro-prison system can degenerate into deviant socialization, which, with other factors, can negatively affect both professions. The final domestic and foreign research offers solutions to this type of high workload.
