Impact of Law and Social Space on the Relationship between the Feminine and the Masculine

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to understand the transformation process of the hierarchical man / woman scale in everyday life. It is about delivering an interpretive battery to responses from the field on social change. For this, a comparison between two different geographical contexts was mobilized: the Oriental region (Periphery) and the Casablanca region (Center). The main feedback from the field survey tells us about the fact that the status of women in local society is particularly dependent on the intersections and mutual influences of "geography of social proximity" and "gender".
