Summary/Abstract: Organizational culture is a concept that should form part of the vision of any organization today. It is becoming an integral part of modern organization management and many managers are beginning to understand it as an important factor influencing the competitiveness of the organization. By strengthening the appropriate organizational culture, it is possible to support the implementation or functioning of knowledge management in organizations. The main goal of the article is to point out the influence of one of the most complex, most sensitive personnel activities - employee evaluation to support an environment open to knowledge sharing. Primary and secondary data were used for this purpose. Subsequent statistical testing of the hypothesis revealed the connections between the ability of the evaluated to participate in the creation of evaluation criteria and individual cultures supporting knowledge sharing in organizations. The benefit is the summarization of knowledge in the field of support of knowledge organizational culture through the evaluation of employees in the researched environment of public administration organizations.
