A well-designed document registration system, which includes: Directives, working procedures, as well as e-mail communications, meeting minutes, and more. Organizations have at their disposal several dozen tools that allow the setting up of new processes and procedures with which an organization can streamline the process of transmitting and obtaining information. These tools include, among others, the external Microsoft-office tool, which allows vast amounts of information to be stored on disks, as a service for the organization.
