Summary/Abstract: The pandemic that appeared at the beginning of 2020 brought several challenges from the perspective of legal framework, but also in the state – citizens' relation. Law institutions are being tested, but especially the social institutions. Suddenly all people became aware that they did not live in isolation and that legal mechanisms were only part of the human life complexity. In this new world it becomes necessary to consider what has remained constant and what has changed, as well as the fact that from today's realities the world of tomorrow will appear. Thus, it is necessary to seek to understand the main ways of expression of today's and tomorrow's society, in order to find ways for individuals to make fewer mistakes in their daily work.
