Summary/Abstract: The juridical responsibility of the state is a complete phenomenon involving both beginnings of private origine and pubic one. The juridical responsibility in a right state represents the achievement of state obligation for repairing the damages (abolition of consequences) the re-establishment of the rights and legitimated interests of the victims as a result of illicit deeds of the state bodies and public civil servants, an obligation which is settled especially by the juridical norms of internal right of the state.
