Summary/Abstract: In this paper we present a brief overview of the development of literary Slovak language among Slovak people in Vojvodina through 20th and beginning of 21st century. Currently literary variety of Slovak language among Slovaks people in Vojvodina is alive, and is persist as long as the literary form in its home country, in Slovakia. The centre of interest of the entire contribution is to review the status of the literary language of the young generation of the Slovak minority in Vojvodina. We analyze oral interview of young actors in the youth session RTV Vojvodina, of which excerpt the essential features and characteristics of the present form of the literary Slovak language in Vojvodina through to the young generation. We focus primarily on the impact of the contact Serbian language on the form of the Slovak language.
