Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the problem of issuing official orders by the employer, including the seconding of an employee to another job as part of an employment relationship, to an employee who is a doctor, in the context of the Act on Preventing and Combating Infections and Infectious Diseases in Humans, as well as the principle of equality before the law. The statutory limitations on issuing official orders were examined. A broader problem was also raised – violations of basic constitutional principles and civil rights.
