Summary/Abstract: International political scene it was shaken starting with December 2010. A part of the societies that compose the “Arab world” declared ager and able to rise above the injustice, oppression and militancy to which it has been subjected for many decades by their leaders. The action called Arab Spring will lead to modification of regimes in four states: Egipt, Libia, Yemen and Tunisia. The peoples revolt in Middle East has triggered in regional and globally security. The Fragile States Index found Egypt less stable with a score of 88.4, not on alert but on supervision. Egypt’s position in this ranking is also due to the “Arab Spring” uprising in 2011 that removed Hosni Mubarak from power. Nine years have passed since 2011, but the security level in Egypt is not stable, so the Egyptian state has started a war against terrorist and insurgent groups in the Sinai Mountains, a war that is taking place in Egypt. The fight against terrorism has triggered a state of instability in Egypt. The political leadership has chosen an inefficient approach to imposing restrictions on the population, in the end, the civilian population of the province has paid and will continue to pay with their lives in this fight.
