Summary/Abstract: It may be very comfortable thinking that that the decolonization evolved into a commonwealth of nation sharing mutual and equal interests. Approaching the details of the sociological universe one can grasp the traits of old domination relationships still existing. Although in the forefront of human rights, Great Britain today continues to have problems integrating its former Indian subjects. In various colours, some of them very poor, but many highly skilled experts, the Indian diaspora within the borders of UK struggles for equal job opportunities with the British establishment and British mentalities.
