Summary/Abstract: The communication plays an important role in building a professional environment for development, in building corporate responsibility, in protecting the competitiveness of any organization. The ability to communicate effectively with internal audiences of an organization, to stimulate trust and open dialogue in management at the horizontal and vertical levels, is part of the winning formula of modern management. This highlights the important role of internal communication in any organization. The article examines the nature and objectives of the internal communications in organization and the conditions for its effectiveness.
