Summary/Abstract: Corci Zeydan, whose religious identity is criticized as well as his works, has been subject to both appreciation and criticism by different authorities, has undersigned important works covering the Abbasid, Umayyad and Ayyubid periods, based on the History of Islamic Civilization. Considered as the founder of the Arab historical novel, the author has written more than twenty novels. In his novels, he took some sections from German and French writers that he had been inspired by before and since he included generalizations and reductions on historical issues, he was more broad about sources, especially in his evaluations on Arab culture and identity, and he clearly expressed the general culture of the Arabs and the contribution of Islam to this culture. He made significant contributions to the field of historical novel writing. In this sense, our research deals with the distance that Corci Zeydan has covered in different branches of science the life and works of Corci Zeydan, by mentioning the effects of his studies in different fields.
