Summary/Abstract: This text is by Pyotr Savitsky, a Russian economist and geographer (1893–1979), one of the four authors who established the Eurasian movement as a post-revolutionary movement of Russian émigrés, and published the collection Exodus to the East (Sofia, 1921).
