Summary/Abstract: E.U. states have adopted a plan to combat terrorism. With this occasion, the position of coordinator of the fight against terrorism was established on the basis of a plan drawn up by the EU interior ministers. One of the tasks of the Counter-Terrorism Coordinator is to ensure better cooperation between the secret services of the Member States but also of third countries.
