Summary/Abstract: Organizational improvement includes organizational practices that increase the capacity of organizations to adapt to the process in an environment of dynamic change and compelling competition. These practices for the protection of organizational health require consideration of a number of dimensions such as culture, human resources, process and performance regulations, management of change, and innovation and learning. In addition, it includes an understanding that requires the metrical digitization of the organizational process, performance and quality, making it concrete and taking preventive measures for this. In this direction, many standardized improvement frameworks such as Kaizen, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and quality management standards are widely used in today's organizational improvement practices. Organizational improvements that create and sustain themselves in a cycle are fed by the feedback and results in the cycle, and each improvement provides input for another improvement. In this context, organizational improvements require professional competencies and require institutional improvement units and specialization for organizations.
