Summary/Abstract: Noise is the term that refers to the situation in which a person, not prone to errors or mistakes, decides incorrectly on a problem (situation, case, issue), due to the flawed premises of certain factors. Bias is the term that expresses an incorrect judgment issued by a person prone to errors or mistakes. The noise effect is generated by a wide range of factors, while biases are most often caused by the superficiality or change of opinion of the decision maker. However, both noise and bias are essentially defects in human thinking.
