Summary/Abstract: Purpose -This business purpose explores the impact of organizational learning on Purpose: It is aimed to reveal the moderating role of work motivation in the effect of organizational support perception on employees' absorption. In addition, within the scope of the study, the relationship between organizational support, motivation and absorption was examined. Design\methodology\approach – Previously developed scales were used within the scope of the study. After deciding to use the original scale, data were collected by questionnaire method. The collected data were analyzed by quantitative research method. The universe of the study consists of public and private sector employees. In this direction, data were obtained from 430 employee who were reached by easy sampling method and accepted to participate in the study. A statistical program was used to test the construct validity and reliability of the scale used. The hypotheses were tested with the help of Hayes (2013) Process macro program in order to reveal the simple and modetaritng effects for testing the hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, the first two hypotheses were supported and the last hypothesis was not supported. Findings: A significant and positive relationship was found between organizational support, work motivation and absorption. As a result of the analysis of the collected data, it was determined that the employees were more motivated and focused on their work more as a result of the positive support they received at the workplace.
