Summary/Abstract: In Industry 4.0, digital technology and digital transformation have significant effects on businesses all over the world. Digital transformation leads to changes in organizational structures, functioning, processes and business models. The field of health technologies is one of the fields that are experiencing this change. The mobile health (m-Health) application, which is used in the field of health. It is provides that many contributions such as being remotely monitored and being accessible from anywhere at any time. The mobile health opportunity offered to users leads to changes in the business processes of organizations and offers new business models to health organizations. At the same time, integration is ensured on the business value chain of the enterprise and ecosystems are formed in which various stakeholders from hospitals to health enterprises. From government institutions to communication institutions jointly establish and connect to each other. When the studies in the literature are examined, it is seen that the subject of smart applications is discussed in general. But the possible business model processes that will reflect on the enterprises are not sufficiently focused. In this study, mobile health services in Turkey will be examined in terms of business model and the current situation in Turkey will be revealed in order to contribute to eliminating the deficiency in this subject.
