Summary/Abstract: The article presents and analyzes the main point of the draft law on combating against corruption – the division of the anti-corruption body into two separate institutions , new moments in the status of the anti- corruption body, the content of the investigative functions assigned to it, as well as power to appeal refusals to the prosecution to initiate criminal proceedings for corruption offences.
