Summary/Abstract: Analyzing GEO no. 55/2017 in the light of the constitutional provisions in force, at least six points can be observed in which this normative act conflicts with the provisions of the fundamental law, namely: by violation of the Right to private property (regulated by the provisions of Article 44 of the Romanian Constitution), of the right to intimate, family and private life (governed by the provisions of Article 26 of the Romanian Constitution), of art. 56 of the Romanian Constitution provisions regarding the fair distribution of tax burdens, of art. 16 of the Romanian Constitution provisions and those of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ‑ determined by its discriminatory character, respectively by violation of art. 115 of the Romanian Constitution provisions – determined by the lack of the urgent / extraordinary character of the regulated issues.
