Summary/Abstract: The Trade Union Organization has no interest in promoting an action by a court whose object is to undermine the fundamental rights of employees, as long as they are not in compliance by the provisions of art. 33 of the Code o Civil Procedure, on the other hand, acording to the provisions of Art. 214 of the Labor Code, trade unions are constituted by employees in order to promote their professional economic and social interest.
