The condition of the juvenile employee

Summary/Abstract: Only juveniles aged 15 can fulfill the status of employees, other minors may carry out remunerated activities in the fields of culture, arts, sports, advertising and modeling, with prior notification to the public service of social assistance, on the basis of civil conventions, observing the provisions of the Civil Code, activity falling within the scope of GD no. 75/2015 on the regulation of the provision by children of remunerated activities in the fields of cultural, artistic, sporting, advertising and modeling and which is carried out under a civil convention.
