Summary/Abstract: The article presents the concepts of human adaptation to the parts of business management systems. The bases were models created by Robert K. Merton and Waldemar Urbanik. The considerations take into account the issues of workers' decisions, which way of adaptation they should take, to be able to easily go follow the standards.
